WILLIAM J. VOGT, M.A.

William J. Vogt is an experienced consultant and analyst with multiple publications (including two books) on technology policy and international political economy. He is a leading voice on the Portuguese-speaking countries and China's global rise.

 

He has taught courses at Georgetown University and the Catholic University of America. He has experience in global risk management and was the founder of a firm facilitating client engagement with senior business leaders in China.

 

Vogt is a two-time graduate of Georgetown University, with a B.S. from the School of Foreign Service and an M.A. from the Communication, Culture, and Technology program. While at Georgetown, he won a Hanban (Confucius Institute) scholarship to visit and study in China. He also studied in Quito, Ecuador.
